Garden Genius – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Garden Genius, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order for most products within 14 days of receiving them.
You do not need to give a reason, but you must let us know within this time.

How to cancel:

  • Email: gardengeniusoffice@gmail.com. Please include your order number and details.

2. Returns

You may return items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

Items we can’t accept back (unless faulty):

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Perishable goods (plants, seeds, or products with a short shelf life)

  • Products that have been used, installed, or assembled

  • Sale/clearance items where stated “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and in these cases, we will cover the return postage.

4. Return Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage.

  • We recommend using a tracked service as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method

  • Postage costs are refundable only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
