Garden Genius – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Garden Genius, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order for most products within 14 days of receiving them.
You do not need to give a reason, but you must let us know within this time.
How to cancel:

2. Returns
You may return items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are:

Unused and in their original packaging

In the same condition you received them
Items we can’t accept back (unless faulty):

Custom-made or personalised products

Perishable goods (plants, seeds, or products with a short shelf life)

Products that have been used, installed, or assembled

Sale/clearance items where stated “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and in these cases, we will cover the return postage.
4. Return Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days

Refunds will be made to your original payment method

Postage costs are refundable only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
