Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The United Kingdom (mainland and non-mainland locations, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands).

Shipping Rates and Options

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99 (3-5 business days)

  • Express Shipping: £8.99 (1-2 business days)

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 (3-5 business days)

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties (for international orders), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Provide photographs of the damage or the condition of the package.

  3. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund.

Lost Packages
